Resolution from Pearle regarding mobility in the performing arts_Jan2005

This is a necessary completion to the declarations made by European cultural networks and other cultural stakeholders in Europe at conferences which took place under the previous Dutch presidency (ësharing culturesí conference initiated by the European Cultural Foundation (ECF), and the conference ëArtists on the moveí organised the Service Centre for International Cultural Activities ëSICA)). Pearle focuses on a number of particular issues related to the labour and social legislation, tax rules, intellectual property which hinder the functioning of the performing arts sector in Europe.
