Joint statement European Social partners on sanctions against illegally employing third country nationals - Dec2007

The European social partners sector' live performance' call the EU to first make work of improving the applicaion procedures for visas and work permits, before setting up a strict system of sanctions against employers which does not respond to the need of mobility of cultural workers in the sector.
